Frequently asked questions
Most orders ship 3–5 business days after mockup approval. Embroidery and large signage runs can take 5–7 days. Rush and same-day options are available on eligible orders.
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are ideal. We also accept high-resolution PNG, TIFF or PSD at 300 DPI. If you only have a low-res file, our team can recreate it.
DTF transfers and business printing have no minimum. Screen printing starts at 12 pieces, embroidery at 6 pieces.
Yes. Pricing drops at 24, 50, 100, 250 and 500+ pieces, and we offer standing wholesale rates for print shops and resellers.
Same-day DTF is available on eligible orders placed before 11am. Rush apparel and signage are quoted case by case.
